Why Route Assets
A plugin or theme install should not make every generated page load extra JavaScript or CSS. Route maps keep asset loading explicit and inspectable.
Route Map Shape
Each route declares route, type, template, theme, plugins, and assets. Duplicate assets are removed per route, and assets from one route do not leak into another route.
Pages Routes
PostSnail Pages adds page and docs routes to the route asset map, but Alpha 2 does not add public runtime JavaScript by default.
Safe Paths
Public asset paths must start with a slash and must not contain protocols, backtracking, or unsafe path syntax.
